Step 1: Awareness
The first step of the sales process is dedicated to the search for new contacts (leads) through the data collected from the website, landing pages, email marketing, etc.
In this step it is fundamental to organize all the information of these potential customers within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to always have it available for consultation, together with those of current customers.

Step 2: Pre-sale
Once a connection with a potential customer has been established, it is necessary to keep track of all interactions with them (TOUCHPOINTS).
During the pre-sale phase, you must present your products or services in the best possible way through catalogs, technical data sheets, comparison sheets, buying guides and multimedia content (PDF, images, videos,...), and this is where tools such as PIM, DAM and PDM allow proper management.

Step 3: Quote
Once the potential customer (or a current customer) shows interest in your products/services, it is time to proceed with the quotation.
Check the status of negotiations and the different versions of offers, create quotations quickly and without errors, convert offers into orders or contracts. Authorize and validate offers and orders, query the history, reproduce and clone documents. Manage promotions and canvass to personalize the offer and maximize results.

Step 4: Sales
Check the validity of the information collected during the order process and create an automatic and integrated order control, authorization and fulfillment system through BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Generate production-ready documents, make informed decisions and forecast sales trends by consulting data with Business Intelligence.

Step 5: After Sales
Manage all interactions up to post-sales, such as quality control in production, ticketing, assistance, customer service and logistics.
Consult the schedule, the arrivals of the goods, orders status, bills and invoices and the compliance copies.
